Nutter Butter Brownies

Nutter Butter Brownies are a doctored up brownie mix filled with chunks of chocolate and Chunks of Nutter Butter Cookies. An easy dessert for any occasion and loved by all!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 20 ounces each Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil + more to grease the pan
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee or water
  • 24 Nutter Butter Cookies. coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • In a mixer bowl, add the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil and the brewed coffee (or water).
  • Mix at low speed until ingredients are incorporated and then raise to medium speed, mixing for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and bottom and continue to mix 30 seconds. 
  • Fold in the chopped Nutter Butter cookies. 
  • Grease a 9 x 13 pan with a bit of vegetable oil or non stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly. 
  • Bake for 40- 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
  • Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store brownies covered with plastic wrap at room temperature up to 4 days or refrigerated up to a week.
Freeze brownies wrapped in 2 layers of plastic wrap and a layer of foil up to 3 months.
