Pom-Watermelon Popsicles

- 3 cups watermelon cubed
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup POM pomegranate juice
Using a blender or food processor, add watermelon and pulse until pureed.
Pour into a fine strainer to remove pulp and seeds. Combine watermelon juice sugar and POM juice.
Pour into popsicle molds or Dixie cups and freeze for at least 4 hours.
