Pom-Watermelon Popsicles

Seriously simple popsicles that take hardly any time to make! These are perfect for kids on a hot day. You can use these to add to a birthday party, baby shower, get together, and so on. they'll surely be a hit.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon cubed
  • cup sugar
  • ½ cup POM pomegranate juice

Instructions

  • Using a blender or food processor, add watermelon and pulse until pureed.  
  • Pour into a fine strainer to remove pulp and seeds.  Combine watermelon juice sugar and POM juice.
  • Pour into popsicle molds or Dixie cups and freeze for at least 4 hours.
