Ingredients

20 oz Crushed Pineapple, do not drain
1 15.25
oz
Yellow Cake Mix
1/2
cup
brown sugar
1
cup
chopped pecans
1
cup
butter
Vanilla Ice Cream for serving if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Pour crushed pineapple with juice into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over crushed pineapple in an even layer.
Top with pecans.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the pecans.
Melt butter and drizzle all over the top.
Bake for 1 hour or until pineapple is bubbly around the edges and the top is golden brown.
Cool about 20 minutes before serving.
Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
Store cooled cake, covered with plastic wrap 1 - 2 days. Cake may be refrigerated up to 3 days.
