Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Peanut Butter Cup is the ultimate holiday treat for Reese's lovers! Rich and creamy peanut butter fudge stuffed with Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures! Just 4 ingredients, no candy thermometer needed and only about 10 minutes to make this delicious fudge!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 12 ounces mini peanut butter cups 36

Instructions

  • Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Unwrap peanut butter cups and cut in half.
  • Scatter half of the peanut butter cups over lined pan.
  • In a heavy sauce pan, combine butter and peanut butter over medium heat.
  • Bring mixture to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
  • Pour fudge over chopped peanut butter cups and smooth evenly in pan.
  • Sprinkle remaining peanut butter cups over top of fudge and press down into the fudge.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula, spreading the melted chocolate over the top.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Slice into 1 inch squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or refrigerate up to 4 weeks. Freeze up to 3 months.
