- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour plus more for rolling and dusting
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
Make a well in the center and add beaten eggs and milk.
Mix well until a dough ball forms.
Dust a clean surface with flour and roll dough into desired thickness. If dough is hard to roll, just let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes.
Cut dough into thin strips with a pizza cutter.
Dust noodles and allow to air dry about 2 hours before cooking.
