Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour plus more for rolling and dusting
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
  • Make a well in the center and add beaten eggs and milk.
  • Mix well until a dough ball forms.
  • Dust a clean surface with flour and roll dough into desired thickness. If dough is hard to roll, just let it rest for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Cut dough into thin strips with a pizza cutter.
  • Dust noodles and allow to air dry about 2 hours before cooking.
