Ingredients
6cupsleaf lettucetorn into bite size pieces
1cucumberthin sliced
1cupgrape tomatoessliced
1/4cupred onionsliced thin
1/4cupParmesan cheesegrated or sliced thin
1/4cuptoasted almonds
1/2cupcroutons
Salad dressing for serving
Instructions
Layer lettuce in a large salad bowl and top with cucumber slices, tomatoes, red onion, Parmesan and toasted onions.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with salad dressing and croutons.
