- 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Add in broccoli florets cooking about 6 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender and heated through.
Drain broccoli in a colander.
Add olive oil to the pan and place over medium- high heat.
Return broccoli to the pan and season with garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir in walnuts and stir, cooking about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
