Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  • Add in broccoli florets cooking about 6 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender and heated through.
  • Drain broccoli in a colander.
  • Add olive oil to the pan and place over medium- high heat.
  • Return broccoli to the pan and season with garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in walnuts and stir, cooking about 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
