Instructions

  • Pat ribs dry with paper towels and place on a clean baking sheet.
  • Brush liberally with Mustard BBQ Sauce and set aside.
  • Prepare grill or smoker to 300° fire.
  • Place ribs over indirect heat and cook for 1 - 1/2 hours or until internal temperature is a minimum of 145°. For the most tender ribs, cook to a temperature of about 190°.
  • Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
