No Bake Cinnamon Apple Cheesecakes

No Bake Cinnamon Apple Cheesecakes are a fantastic dessert for the holidays or any special occasion.  Layers of cinnamon cheesecake filling and apple pie filling are a delicious combination and a drizzle of caramel sauce gives it a decadent finish.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping
  • 21 ounces apple pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce optional

Instructions

  • Add softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to an electric mixer bowl and beat on low speed, about 1 minute. Raise to medium and beat another minute or until smooth.Add ground cinnamon and beat at low speed until well combined.
  • Fold in cool whip.
  • Cut apple pie filling into bite size pieces.
  • Layer cinnamon cheesecake and apple pie filling into individual dessert glasses or small bowls.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or up to a day in advance covered with plastic wrap.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired before serving.

Notes

Substitution for Cool Whip: Beat 1 cup heavy whipping cream with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Pie Directions:
Prepare cheesecake filling and pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Top with apple pie filling. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
Drizzle with caramel syrup if desired before serving.
