Strawberry Mango Coolers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup diced mango fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup Mango-Orange Juice or regular orange juice
  • 1 liter Sprite or Club Soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, mango, honey and orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour about ⅓ cup of strawberry mango mixture over ice. Top with Sprite or club soda and stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

    • Storage: The strawberry mango mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated 1-2 days or frozen up to 3 months in an airtight freezer container.
    • Occasions: Make these easy fruit drinks for Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, summer parties, 4th of July parties or any celebration.
    • Variations: Frozen or fresh fruit will work for this recipe. Peaches can be substituted for mangoes if desired.
