Notes

Pineapple Margaritas by the Glass:
  • Add 3 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces orange juice, 1 ounce triple sec, 1-2 ounces tequila, 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a prepared margarita glass.
  • Freezing Instructions:
Mix all of the margarita ingredients together and place in a zip top freezer bag. Lay on a cookie sheet or sheet pan until frozen, this keeps it flat and easy to store.  For individual storage, fill half pint mason jars 3/4 full and seal with a lid. Freeze up to 3 months.
To Thaw: Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator. Stir well and serve over ice or serve a frozen margarita right from the mason jars.
