- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 cup triple sec
- 1 cup tequila
- ice
- salt for rim of glass
- fresh pineapple and lime slices for garnish
Shake the pineapple juice well and pour into a large pitcher. Add orange juice.
Add tequila and triple sec.
Next, add the lime juice and mix well with a cocktail spoon.
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip into salt. Fill glasses with ice and fill with margarita mixture.
Pineapple Margaritas by the Glass:
Add 3 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces orange juice, 1 ounce triple sec, 1-2 ounces tequila, 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a prepared margarita glass.
Freezing Instructions:
Mix all of the margarita ingredients together and place in a zip top freezer bag. Lay on a cookie sheet or sheet pan until frozen, this keeps it flat and easy to store. For individual storage, fill half pint mason jars 3/4 full and seal with a lid. Freeze up to 3 months.
To Thaw: Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator. Stir well and serve over ice or serve a frozen margarita right from the mason jars.
