- 1 cup butter salted or unsalted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 44 ounces peanut butter stuffed pretzels
Add butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a large pan or dutch oven. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda. The mixture will foam slightly.
Pour the peanut butter stuffed pretzel bites directly into the pan. Stir gently until all the pretzels are well coated in caramel.
Spread the coated pretzels onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let cool completely before breaking apart. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
