Chocolate Gravy
Homemade Chocolate Gravy is one of my all- time favorite breakfasts from childhood. It’s the perfect weekend treat and chocolate for breakfast is always a great idea!

- 2 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Add butter to a saucepan and place over medium heat. Add cocoa, sugar and floured whisking all together.
Add milk and whisk constantly. Bring to a boil, add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until thick.
Serve over warm biscuits with additional butter if desired.
