Stir Fry Vegetables: Use your favorite stir fry veggies or add in any combination of snow peas, red bell pepper, bok choy, green beans or broccoli.
Hoisin Sauce: The homemade hoisin sauce is really delicious but you can substitute one from the grocery store or your favorite stir fry sauce.
Rice Vs Pasta: If preferred, hoisin shrimp can be served over Egg Fried Rice, cooked white rice or brown rice instead of with noodles.
Storage: Leftover shrimp stir fry can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
Reheat: Cook in a skillet over medium heat, add 1- 2 tablespoons of water with the leftover hoisin shrimp and pasta and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring until heated through.
