Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced avocado
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced poblano peppers or jalapeños
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add diced avocado, tomato, red onion, poblano peppers, bell peppers and cilantro to a bowl.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the top.
  • Add garlic, pepper and salt.
  • Gently toss until well combined.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer. Also great as a topping for grilled meats and tacos.
Best served immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 day.
