- 1 cup diced avocado
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup diced poblano peppers or jalapeños
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Add diced avocado, tomato, red onion, poblano peppers, bell peppers and cilantro to a bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over the top.
Add garlic, pepper and salt.
Gently toss until well combined.
Serve immediately.
Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer. Also great as a topping for grilled meats and tacos.
Best served immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 day.
