Quick Ham and Cheese Roll Up Snacks

Just a few simple ingredients and you have a tasty snack to grab on the go or pack these in a lunch box for a new twist on ham and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 11 oz cans refrigerated bread stick dough
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 12 thin slices black forrest ham
  • 1 ½ cups Colby-Jack cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Unroll 1 can bread stick dough, but don't separate into individual bread sticks.
  • Press seams lightly together and form a rectangle.  
  • Spread ¼ cup ranch dressing over dough, layer six ham slices to cover entire area, sprinkle with ¾ cup cheese.  
  • Starting on one narrow end, roll up pressing end seam to seal.  
  • Slice with a bread knife on seams into 8 slices.  
  • Place each slice cut side down on a lined or greased baking sheet.  
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients.  
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bread has cooked through.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
