Peanut Butter Ice Cream

If you love peanut butter, then you're going to love this recipe. Sweet, Salty and creamy for a perfect balance. You can use creamy or crunchy peanut butter for texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups half and half
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter I used crunchy, use creamy if you like

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process for about 1 minute or until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.  
  • Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer directions.  Mine sets up to soft serve consistency in about 30 minutes.  
  • Serve immediately or pour ice cream into a container, cover and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
