- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons green chile powder or red
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried chives or parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper - or more to taste
Add smoked paprika, garlic, onion, chile powder, black pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, chives and cayenne to a bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
Store in an airtight container in a pantry cabinet up to 6 months.
Uses:
Seasoning chicken, pork, beef, fish or seafood.
Stir into pastas, rice, casseroles or soups.
Great for seasoning vegetables, especially on the grill.
