- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper.
- 14 ounce slaw mix shredded cabbage and carrots
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Add slaw mix and mix until cabbage is well coated with dressing.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To Use a Head of Cabbage & Whole Carrots: 8 cups of shredded cabbage and one medium carrot, shredded is the same as the bag of slaw mix.
- Add Ins: Add some crunch by adding diced celery or apples. Toasted walnuts or pecans add great flavor and crunch.
- Storage: Store coleslaw in a covered container in the refrigerator up to 3 days, stir before serving.
