Rocket Fuel Cocktail

Rocket Fuel Cocktails are perfect for those Piña Colada lovers that wish for a bigger, bolder cocktail. Made with the  combination of dark rum, amaretto, coconut and pineapple it gets a boost from a shot of light rum.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 2 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz milk
  • Ice - about 2 cups
  • 2 oz white rum
  • pineapple chunks optional garnish
  • maraschino cherries optional garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine dark rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice, milk and ice. 
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into cocktail glasses.
  • Slowly add the light rum. 
  • Garnish with pineapple and cherries if desired.
