Raspberry Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 4 ounces Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • sweetened whipped cream - optional for garnish
  • shaved chocolate -optional garnish

Instructions

  • Add milk and chocolate syrup to a saucepan and whisk until combined. Cook over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
  • Add 1 ounce of raspberry liqueur and 1/2 ounce of rum to each mug.
  • Top with hot chocolate and stir to combine.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate if desired.

Notes

Double recipe as needed for a large batch. Keep warm in a slow cooker set to warm for parties.
