Sweet Coleslaw

Sweet Coleslaw is easy to make in less than 10 minutes with a sweet and creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 14 oz slaw mix

Instructions

  • In a serving bowl, make the coleslaw dressing. Add the mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk together until smooth.
  • Mix in coleslaw mix, stirring until well combined. 
  • Coleslaw can be served immediately or covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

How to Make Ahead:

Make dressing up to 3 days in advance and keep in a covered container. Make the coleslaw up to 24 hours in advance.

How to Store Coleslaw: 

Store in a covered container up to 2 days, stir before serving.
