- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 14 oz slaw mix
In a serving bowl, make the coleslaw dressing. Add the mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Whisk together until smooth.
Mix in coleslaw mix, stirring until well combined.
Coleslaw can be served immediately or covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
How to Make Ahead:
Make dressing up to 3 days in advance and keep in a covered container. Make the coleslaw up to 24 hours in advance.
How to Store Coleslaw:
Store in a covered container up to 2 days, stir before serving.
