Ingredients
11Fun Size Butterfinger Candy Bars
2cupsheavy whipping cream
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1/2cuppeanut butter chunky or creamy
Instructions
Remove wrappers from the Butterfingers and chop coarsely.
Add heavy whipping cream to a mixer bowl and beat at medium speed until cream starts to thicken. Raise to high speed, beating until stiff peaks form.
Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla at medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour into another bowl and place in the refrigerator to keep chilled.
Add cream cheese and peanut butter to the mixer bowl and beat at medium speed until well combined.
Reserve about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream for garnishing the cheesecakes.
Add the remaining whipped cream and all but 1 tablespoon of chopped Butterfingers.
Fold mixture until well combined.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into individual serving glasses or small bowls.
Garnish with reserved whipped cream and remaining Butterfinger candy bars.
Chill for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
Notes
No bake cheesecake is best if served within 24 hours but will keep if covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
