Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons granulated onion
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  • Mix all of the spices together in a bowl with a whisk until well combined and no clumps remain.
  • Store in an air tight container in the pantry up to 6 months.

Notes

Use 2 tablespoons of chili seasoning per pound of meat.
