Ingredients
1cuppeach pie filling
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1can Grands can biscuits
2tablespoonsall purpose flour
2cupspowdered sugar
2tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Pour peach pie filling into a bowl. Use a knife and fork to cut peach slices into bite-size pieces.
Stir in cinnamon.
Dust a cutting board with flour.
Remove biscuits from packaging and separate each into 2 layers.
Use a rolling pin to roll into about 3 inch circles.
Fill each circle with a bit of peach pie filling.
Pinch edges together forming a ball.
Preheat air fryer to 350° for 5 minutes.
Cook peach cobbler bombs a few at a time with space in between.
Cook for 8 minutes at 350°.
Remove from air fryer to a wire rack.
Oven Method: If you have a convection oven use the same directions as the air fryer, preheating oven before baking. For a conventional oven: preheat to 375° and increase baking time to 15- 17 minutes, or until cooked through.
Mix powdered sugar and milk together in a bowl, whisking until smooth.
Dip each peach pie bomb in glaze and place on a wire rack lined baking sheet.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
