Peach Cobbler Bombs

Peach Cobbler Bombs are a quick and easy dessert that tastes amazing! Cook in the air fryer or the oven and coat in a simple powdered sugar glaze for a new family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peach pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 can Grands can biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Pour peach pie filling into a bowl. Use a knife and fork to cut peach slices into bite-size pieces.
  • Stir in cinnamon.
  • Dust a cutting board with flour.
  • Remove biscuits from packaging and separate each into 2 layers.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll into about 3 inch circles.
  • Fill each circle with a bit of peach pie filling.
  • Pinch edges together forming a ball.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350° for 5 minutes.
  • Cook peach cobbler bombs a few at a time with space in between.
  • Cook for 8 minutes at 350°.
  • Remove from air fryer to a wire rack. 
  • Oven Method: If you have a convection oven use the same directions as the air fryer, preheating oven before baking. For a conventional oven: preheat to 375° and increase baking time to 15- 17 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Mix powdered sugar and milk together in a bowl, whisking until smooth.
  • Dip each peach pie bomb in glaze and place on a wire rack lined baking sheet.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Store leftovers covered in plastic wrap at room temperature 1 -2 days or refrigerated up to 3 days.
