Ingredients

cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips
14
ounce
can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2
cups
chopped cashews
1/4
teaspoon
flake sea salt
Instructions
Line an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Add chocolate chips to a heavy bottom pan with sweetened condensed milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in cashews.
Pour mixture into lined baking dish and spread evenly.
Chill for 20 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and sprinkle with flake sea salt.
Return to the refrigerator for about another 1 hour 40 minutes.
Remove from baking dish to a cutting board.
Trim edges and slice into 1 inch squares.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about 2 weeks or refrigerated up to 4 weeks.
