Cashew Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cashews
  • 1/4 teaspoon flake sea salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Add chocolate chips to a heavy bottom pan with sweetened condensed milk.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in cashews.
  • Pour mixture into lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from refrigerator and sprinkle with flake sea salt.
  • Return to the refrigerator for about another 1 hour 40 minutes.
  • Remove from baking dish to a cutting board.
  • Trim edges and slice into 1 inch squares.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about 2 weeks or refrigerated up to 4 weeks.
