Ingredients

  • 4 ounces apple cider
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce honey syrup
  • ice
  • apple slices and fresh thyme for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Add apple cider to 2 glasses, top with gin and honey syrup. Stir to mix well.
  • Fill glasses with ice and garnish with an apple slice and sprig of thyme if desired.

Notes

To Make Honey Syrup: Combine 1/4 cup of honey with 1/4 cup of hot water. Stir until completely combined.
Store in air tight container in refrigerator up to 1 week. Great to sweetened cocktails or tea.
To Make a pitcher of Apple Cider Gin Cocktail - multiply the recipe by 8.
