- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese optional
- fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Prepare grill to a 300° fire with pecan or hickory for smoke flavor.
Cut spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise.
Scrape out seeds and discard.
Place 2 tablespoons of butter in each half.
Season with garlic, salt and pepper.
Place spaghetti squash over indirect heat on grill. Close the lid and cook 30 - 35 minutes or until fork tender. Squash will easily shred when it is cooked through.
Remove from grill. Shred with a fork.
Scrape out to a serving dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
