Easy Banana Pudding
Easy Banana Pudding is so simple to whip up for any occasion. A simple 5 ingredient homemade pudding layered with sliced bananas and vanilla wafers. The classic dessert that everyone loves!

Ingredients

cups
whole milk
14
ounce
can sweetened condensed milk
1/3
cup
all purpose flour

egg yolks

Instructions
In a saucepan, combine milk, sweetened condensed milk and flour. Whisk together until smooth.
Place over medium heat, whisking continually until thickened and just starts to boil.
Remove from heat.
Place egg yolks in a bowl and whisk in about 1 cup of hot filling mixture.
Mix egg mixture back into filling. Return to medium heat and continue whisking, bringing to a low boil.
Boil for 2 minutes, whisking continually.
Remove from heat.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into serving dishes. Layer with sliced bananas, filling and vanilla wafers. Repeat layers ending with pudding.
Top with whipped topping, a slice of banana and a vanilla wafer.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled.
Notes
Pudding may be served warm if desired.
