- 1 pound smoked brisket
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup white barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cut brisket into thin slices.
Slice Hawaiian buns in half and place the bottoms onto a baking sheet.
Top each bun with 1/2 of a slice of Swiss cheese and top with brisket.
Drizzle White Barbecue Sauce or Homemade Barbecue Sauce over brisket.
Add top buns to sandwiches.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, onion flakes, garlic and black pepper.
Brush butter mixture over sandwiches.
Bake sandwiches for 15-20 minutes or until toasted and cheese is melted.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
