- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup sugar for rolling
- 32 Hershey's Kisses
Preheat oven to 375°.
Add butter and sugars to a mixing bowl and beat well.
Beat in egg, milk and vanilla.
Add peanut butter, mixing until combined.
Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix until well combined.
Scoop into 1 inch balls and place on a lined or greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and top each cookie with an unwrapped Kiss.
Move to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Store cooled cookies in an airtight container up to 4 days.
