- 4 Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon Wrapped with Rosemary Pork Loin Chops
- 4 oz pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
Set Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon and Rosemary Wrapped Pork Chops on counter to rest 30 minutes before cooking.
Set a saucepan over medium- high heat and add maple syrup.
Whisk in granulated garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, kosher salt and fresh rosemary.
Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, whisking often. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Place pork chops on a plate or baking sheet and brush glaze over all sides.
Prepare grill or oven to 350°.
If grilling: place pork chops of flame and sear 2 minutes. Move to indirect heat. Brush with any excess glaze.
For baking: place on a baking sheet and brush with excess glaze.
Cook for 22-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°.
Remove from grill or oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
