- 2 tablespoons butter divided use
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cans crescent dough
- 1 heaping cup diced Petit Jean Ham
- 1 heaping cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375°
Add butter to a non stick skillet and place over low heat.
Add eggs to a bowl with milk and salt and mix well.
Add to skillet and cook slowly until soft set. Set aside to cool slightly.
Sprinkle half of flour onto a clean surface and carefully unroll crescent dough. Sprinkle a little flour on top of dough and gently press seams together.
Sprinkle each crescent dough with half of cheese, ham and soft scrambled eggs.
Roll up from the short side and cut with a serrated knife into 5 slices.
Add to a greased pie plate or baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
