  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Bake baguette for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cut into thirds and then slice horizontally. 
  • Combine blackened seasoning and mayonnaise and spread on both sides of bread. 
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and thinly sliced smoked turkey breast to each baguette.
  • Top with remaining baguette slices and serve immediately.
