Preheat oven to 400°.
Bake baguette for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cut into thirds and then slice horizontally.
Combine blackened seasoning and mayonnaise and spread on both sides of bread.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and thinly sliced smoked turkey breast to each baguette.
Top with remaining baguette slices and serve immediately.
