Ingredients

  • 12 Hot Dogs or hot links or grilling sausages
  • 12 Hot Dog Buns
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup candied jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup relish
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup creamy coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mustard

Instructions

  • Heat grill to a medium fire about 300°.
  • Place hot dogs over fire and turn frequently to cook on all sides.
  • When hot dogs start to sizzle and expand, move to indirect heat to keep warm until ready to serve.
  • Place hot dogs in buns and arrange on serving board or platter in groups of 3-4.
  • Add toppings to small bowls and place between hot dogs.
