- 12 Hot Dogs or hot links or grilling sausages
- 12 Hot Dog Buns
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup candied jalapenos
- 1/2 cup relish
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup creamy coleslaw
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mustard
Heat grill to a medium fire about 300°.
Place hot dogs over fire and turn frequently to cook on all sides.
When hot dogs start to sizzle and expand, move to indirect heat to keep warm until ready to serve.
Place hot dogs in buns and arrange on serving board or platter in groups of 3-4.
Add toppings to small bowls and place between hot dogs.
