Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper * optional

Instructions

  • Mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic, oregano, dry mustard, black pepper, cumin and salt together.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Blackened Seasoning will keep fresh up to 1 year. Stir before using.
