Easy Buffalo Wings are the hit of any party. Crispy deep fried chicken wings tossed in a my special Buffalo sauce.

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 5 tablespoons Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- Vegetable oil for frying
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Heat oil to 350°.
Add chicken wings a few at a time, turning to brown on both sides, about 8 minutes or until they reach 165° internally.
Drain chicken wings on a paper towel lined plate.
Mix melted butter, hot sauce, honey, soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
Toss wings in sauce and serve immediately.
