1poundground chuck 80% lean
1/2cupold fashioned or quick oats
1/4cuphomemade barbecue sauce
2eggsdivided use
1oniondiced
3large garlic clovesminced
1tablespoonMrs Dash Extra Spicy or other 5 pepper seasoning blend
1teaspoongranulated garlic
1teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
3unbaked pie crusts
1/3cupflour for cutting pie crust

Instructions
Prepare Grill with an off set fire or preheat oven to 375°
Add ground chuck, oats, 1 egg, onion, garlic and barbecue sauce to a bowl.
Mix Mrs Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning, granulated garlic, black pepper, and salt together and add to bowl.
