Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz cans Pillsbury Crescent Dough
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour for flattening dough
  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche caramel
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Open crescent dough, but do not unroll. Cut each roll into 6 rounds. Place about 3- inches apart on a greased or lined baking sheet.
  • Dip a flat bottom glass into flour and press firmly on each dough round to mash into about a 3 - inch circle with a rim around the edge.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine diced apples, dulce de leche and cinnamon.
  • Spoon into dough circles.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until dough is lightly browned around the edges.
  • Remove to a wire rack to cool.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate.
