Add ground beef to a medium- size bowl. Add worcestershire sauce, Mrs. Dash and salt. Mix until well combined.
Form into 4 patties.
Add onion to a dry, non- stick skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat grill or grill pan.
Add burgers to the grill over medium-high heat. Grill hamburgers 5-10 minutes on one side (5 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for well-done)
Remove burgers and cover with foil.
Toast burger buns, cut side down, on grill for ~2 minutes. Remove
buns from grill. Place burgers on buns and top with onion, lettuce, and
tomato if using.
