Cranberry Salad

- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained
- 2 small oranges segmented and diced
- 1 Granny Smith apple peeled, cored and diced
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 cup walnuts chopped and toasted
- 1 small box raspberry Jello
Place cranberries in a food processor with sugar and chop fine. Pour into large mixing bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.
Add pineapple, oranges, apple, pomegranate, and walnuts, to the cranberries, mixing well.
Prepare Jello according to package directions and pour over fruit mixture. Stir until all combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Can be made 3 days in advance.
Store in a covered dish in the refrigerator up to one week.
