Ingredients
2
peaches or nectarines
8
oz
softened cream cheese
2
tablespoons
fresh basil
¼
cup
honey
toasted whole grain bread
baguette or crackers for serving
Instructions
Wash and dry peaches.
Cut peaches in half and remove pit.
Grill both sides for about 3 to 5 minutes each, just until fruit is charred and starts to soften.
Remove from grill and cool slightly.
Cut grilled peaches into bite- sized chunks.
Roll basil leaves together and slice thinly.
Place softened cream cheese on a serving plate, top with grilled peaches.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers
Notes
Peaches can be grilled in advance. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
