Spicy Beer-Cheese Fondue is a tasty appetizer that everyone will have fun eating!  Best served with bread cubes, little smokies, veggies and even chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 cup beer I used Bud Light - any brand will work
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz Muenster Cheese shredded
  • 4 oz Pepper-Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  • Place fondue pot over medium heat.
  • Melt butter and whisk in flour.
  • Add beer, whisking until combined, whisk in heavy cream.
  • Add dry mustard and whisk until combined.
  • Add shredded cheeses and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Place over fondue burner.

Notes

Serve with bread cubes, little smokies, and veggies.
