Ingredients

skinless chicken breasts (about 3 pounds)

orange juice concentrate
thawed
1/3
cup
tequila
1
tablespoon
lime juice

jalapeño
seeded and diced

teaspoon
granulated garlic

teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon
cumin

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Layer chicken breasts in slow cooker.
In a small bowl add remaining ingredients and whisk together. Pour over chicken.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from slow cooker, reserving liquid. Allow to cool slightly. Pull chicken apart using 2 forks.
Place in a large bowl. Add about 1 cup of reserved liquid over chicken and toss to coat.
Notes
Chicken can be served in tostadas, tacos, enchiladas, chicken and rice or sandwiches.
