Prepare grill with hickory grilling wood for indirect heat.
Drain and pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Mix together remaining ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
When grill reaches 350 degrees place chicken over indirect heat.
Close the lid and cook 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 140-150 degrees internally.
Remove chicken wings to bowl with glaze. Toss to coat well.
Return chicken to the grill and brush with remaining glaze.
Lower grill temperature to 200 degrees and shut the lid. Continue to cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees internally.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
