Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels and add to a bowl.
Add honey and stir to coat evenly.
Mix chili powder, Mrs Dash, garlic, pepper and salt together.
Sprinkle over chicken and stir to coat evenly.
Place chicken on hot grill. Sear on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
Move chicken to indirect heat and pile it together.
Close the lid and allow chicken to cook another 7- 10 minutes, checking internal temperature.
Remove when chicken has cooked through to 165 degrees.
Set chicken aside to rest 5 minutes before serving.
