Ingredients

  • 2 sugar cubes
  • 8 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 ounces vermouth chilled
  • champagne chilled
  • orange peel twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Add vermouth to each champagne glass.
  • Soak each sugar cube with 4 dashes of bitters and drop into the champagne glasses.
  • Top with champagne.
  • Garnish with orange twist.
