Apple Cider Margaritas

Apple Cider Margaritas are a great addition to fall parties and holiday celebrations. A refreshing cocktail made with apple cider, pineapple juice, tequila and ginger ale. Easy to mix by the glass or make a pitcher for parties.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 4 ounces apple cider
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 4 ounces ginger ale
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • flake salt
  • ice
  • apple slices for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Use a cocktail jigger to measure the tequila, apple cider, pineapple juice and ginger ale, pouring into a mixer glass. Stir to mix well.
  • Rub honey around the rim of each glass and dip into the flake salt to coat the rim.
  • Fill with ice.
  • Pour margarita mixture over ice and garnish with apple slices.

Notes

To make a pitcher: Use 8 ounces of each ingredient, mixing in a pitcher. Serve over ice.
