Chocolate - Cinnamon Cookies
I have a new found love of chocolate and cinnamon together. These cookies are soft and super tasty. I drizzled a little white chocolate over the top and they were amazing.

- ½ cup butter softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and egg.
Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
Drop onto a greased or lined cookie sheet with a medium size cookie scoop or shape into 1 ½ inch balls.
Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies are firm.
Remove to a wire rack to cool.
Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over baked cookies.
