Homemade Rosemary Cheese Crackers

These little crackers are a wonderful little bite. A savory cracker that is full of flavor and pretty easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour plus more for rolling
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese finely shredded
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped very fine (or ½ teaspoon dried)
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, seasonings, and cheese.  
  • Cut in butter with a fork.  
  • Add milk and stir until a the dough forms into a ball.  
  • Turn out onto a floured board and roll out into a rectangle about ¼" thickness.
  • Trim edges to square up and cut into equal rectangles and then into squares and then again diagonally into triangles.
  • Carefully place onto a lined or greased baking sheet.  
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.  
  • Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.
