Homemade Rosemary Cheese Crackers
These little crackers are a wonderful little bite. A savory cracker that is full of flavor and pretty easy to make.

- 1 cup all purpose flour plus more for rolling
- ½ cup parmesan cheese finely shredded
- ½ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped very fine (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, seasonings, and cheese.
Cut in butter with a fork.
Add milk and stir until a the dough forms into a ball.
Turn out onto a floured board and roll out into a rectangle about ¼" thickness.
Trim edges to square up and cut into equal rectangles and then into squares and then again diagonally into triangles.
Carefully place onto a lined or greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.
